Thomas Podeqracz Insurance Policy Servicing Company is utterly ridiculous. It's one person, Thomas, and his assistant. I'm not certain if an actual office exists or not. His assistant told me they work remotely for two days straight. I called him 15 times in 3 days only to receive an automatic "wait for an agent" message for 2-5 minutes every time, then an answering machine. His assistant answered 5 of the 15 attempts to tell me, "your free to find another insurance agent," and then dispatch me straight away to Thomas's voicemail. He was notified that I called 4 or 5 times, yet he waited 3 days to call back, and unfortunately I didn't receive the call. I informed his assistant 3 times that I was leaving the country for an extended period and my policy would only need a docu-sign to move my policy to the new agency (My insurance company stopped doing business with my prior loan servicing company). She insisted that I must talk to him first, but that proved impossible. After 4 days of calling Thomas I called another insurance servicing company and in 10 minutes, the job was done. I can only imagine how my business would transpire if I needed my insurance servicing agent for something important. This so-called insurance servicing agent is a complete waste of time. Don't waste your time, because it will be wasted. simply go someplace else, they'll take care of you in 10 minutes.
