GA roofing applied a full elastomeric coating over our roof and fixed leaks I've been chasing for years. They take pictures and drone video throughout the job to show you what they find and how they fix it. They removed and replaced a few plywood sheets and then re-roofed the area - sending pictures all along. They are also able to remove our solar panels and reconnect after to make sure they sealed around all the hardware and roof penetrations. The whole thing was done on time and with no additional unforeseen charges. 100% recommend this company.

Poor work, unresponsive. Had them come out and patch a leak in the roof. It did nothing and at the next rain it was worse. Called them and they came out and charged more money to fix it before the next rain and it didn't even slow down the dripping. As it was supposed to rain every day for several days I called and asked them to come out and put on a tarp just to protect my house until it stopped raining. They never came and when I called again they never responded. I spent over $2000.00 for 2 patches one week apart and they wouldn't even come out and put on the tarp .

I worked with Scotty in 2022 on a leak I had in my dining area. He came out, looked things over, and then explained what he could and couldn't do. I went ahead and had his team do the work to repair the area surrounding the leak and have had no issues since then. I am a real estate agent. In early 2025 I called Scott for a roof inspection on a home where the insurance company requested a roof inspection from a licensed roofer in order to approve my clients insurance. Without insurance we couldn't close the sale. Scott was professional and quick. We were able to get the insurance and close the deal for my clients. Fast forward to 2025 and I knew it was time to replace the rest of the roofing as it was at the end of it's life. I received a few quotes from G A and other companies. I chose to go with G A based on past experience and pricing. Scotty & Carlos and their crew, replaced my entire roof in August 2025. I have an open beam ceiling, meaning I have little to no attic. Scotty & Carlos and crew were careful to line up the nails with the beams so that none of the nails would penetrate the tongue and groove boards and be seen on the inside of my home. I waited to leave this review until after we had some rain, which we recently had some serious rain, and I had no leaks. At the same time as the roof replacement, I had two solar tubes and a solar garage fan installed. Scotty was great, coordinating with the vendor so that all the roofing, attic vents and solar tubes/fan were installed and completed within a matter of days. Scotty, Johnny (the owner) and their team are great to work with. My roof looks great and doesn't leak! I am very happy with the service Scotty, Carlos and the GA Roofing team provided. Once the roof was complete, I had Johnny and Beach City Gutters replace the gutters on the front of the house. They did a great job. I have had a great experience with G A Roofing & Repair Specialist both personally and professionally. I recommend them and will use their services when I need them in the future. Thank you Scotty and Johnny!

GA Roofing made what could have been a stressful repair feel like a group of friends coming together to help us out. From the very first call to the last, Scott's response time was impressively fast, and he stayed communicative and professional throughout the process. Something I truly appreciated was that he took the time to walk me through entire project, and never once pressured us sign a contract. Their work speaks for itself and it was an easy decision to hire the team. Their crew was also so great. They worked efficiently, kept things clean, and treated my home with respect and care. When the job was done, the roof looked fantastic and everything passed the final inspection with zero issues. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, reliability, and genuine kindness, but GA Roofing really delivered on all fronts. They earned a lifetime customer that my family and I will continue using from here on out. THANK YOU!

don't write a lot of reviews, but a roof is a very big job and I benefited from reviews from others so I am giving back. I used G A Roofers to install a lightweight concrete tile roof on my home recently. They were one of the lowest bids, but the reason I choose them was because of Scotty. Scotty is one stand up guy. He always showed up on time, was extremely honest, and did everything he said he would do. Really a man of his word. His bid he delivered to me the next day like he said he would, it was extremely well priced and informative, and his crew did an excellent job. Light weight concrete tile is very hard to work with, and with it's precise lines it magnifies any errors... my roof looks great - it looks like a new house. I was picky, and Scotty was always available to take my calls and address any concerns I had. It seems like it's become harder to find stand up, straight shooters like Scotty these days and I'm fortunate that I had him overseeing my large job. He is only content when you're content.
