We have lived in a CRI managed rental property for the last year. We are moving but sad to go! Maysie has been fantastic since our move in with responding to questions and notifying us quickly for maintenance, building updates, and other important information. The absolute best property managers you can ask for. I have to call out Edgar and Ana. I've just never had two people be more concerned about your situation not just as a tenant, but as a person. They don't just want to make sure that your issues are resolved, they want to make sure you're all set personally. Just have to thank them for being so speedy in resolving the very minimal issues I had as a tenant and for just being good people. If not for my job relocation, I'd have stayed longer.
