I called Sterling a year after he helped us out and he was ready to handle the job when he was available. He came on time at 3pm and put in three hours. We had a few surprises, but in the end, everything was drip free and shined up. He is hard-working, honest man, dad, and professional.

Sterling at A1 Fire Sprinkler was phenomenal! We discovered a pinhole leak in a fire sprinkler pipe coming into our building, and he arrived within 20 minutes of my call — unbelievable response time. He diagnosed and repaired the issue in under an hour, with total professionalism and expertise. The quality of his work and the speed at which he handled everything were beyond impressive. This was hands-down the best and fastest service experience I’ve ever had with any provider. Highly, highly recommended — if you ever need fire sprinkler service, call Sterling without hesitation!

Our entire experience with A1 Fire Sprinkler was smooth, professional, and stress-free. From start to finish, Sterling and the team maintained excellent communication, keeping us informed and confident throughout the process. Even though these services aren't something we deal with regularly, A1 made everything easy to understand and guided us step-by-step. They went above and beyond by helping us coordinate with the local Fire and Rescue Team, which we truly appreciated. The staff on 24-hour standby were also outstanding—reliable, responsive, and ready to assist whenever needed. That level of support gave us real peace of mind. Big shoutout to Will, David and Travis for their positive attitudes, being mindful of our Seniors and always coming in with a smile on their face. Thank you, A1 Fire Sprinkler, for your exceptional service and dedication. Highly recommend!

I did a ton of research on different fire sprinkler companies and ended up going with Sterling from A1 simply because he was super responsive, very fairly priced and also a fellow vet. He came by today and was really informative about everything he was checking as well as what to do if there is ever an emergency or a leak. He gave me essentially a tutorial on my entire fire system which was awesome. Would recommend 10 / 10.
