Steve helped us buy the very first home for us during this really challeging time of property market! He is very energetic and down-to-earth, always available and ready to help at any time - day, night and weekends!!! We've become friends as well! We will invite him and his family to our house to celebrate together once we move into and settle in!

Steve was referred to me as I decided to move out of Sherman oaks and Into a cleaner and safer area. He insist I choose a property in calabasas versus Granada hills and I’m so glad I did. Now he’s helping me to prepare to buy my first home in the next few months. He’s patient and doesn’t take my frustrations with the market to heart.

Steve was very pleasant to work with. We found our dream home and the process was seamless with Steve’s knowledge, professionalism and negotiation. I recommend Steve to anybody looking for a House in the greater LA area. We will definitely be using his services in the future.
