I ran into an issue with an electronic coupon I had set up on the backend, and the frontend wasn’t behaving as expected. Harry took my support call and was incredibly thorough—he asked clear, targeted questions to make sure he fully understood what I needed, then worked with his team to confirm everything was configured correctly. Within about 15 minutes, he not only resolved the original issue but also caught and fixed another problem I didn’t even realize was there. Truly excellent service. Harry went above and beyond!

My first day using the software didn't go as smooth, shocker! But I called support and a kind voice answered and his name was Harry. I was literally panicking, cause I was 20 mins away from opening and my touch screen and customer display was not working. Harry was so calm and kind and just had this relaxed vibe about him, that I immediately was cool and calm. Harry was able to get it to finally work, with 2 minutes to spare before opening. The support team at IT Retail was responsive, the reason for the 4 stars was the after hours support was not so much!
