We recently hired C.H. Anderson Construction for a major home project, and we could not be happier with the results. They completed a full, down-to-the-studs remodel of our primary bathroom—even addressing underlying floor bracing issues to ensure everything was structurally sound—repaired our deck, installed a new gutter system, and expertly managed a whole-house re-pipe. We also had a serious mold problem in our primary bathroom and they recommended a wonderful remediation company to take care of it first; then seamlessly took over to rebuild everything better than before. This job required a wide range of trades, and their level of coordination was top-tier throughout. A huge part of why this project was such a success was Pedro Todaro and his team. Pedro’s communication was exceptional—he was on-site pretty much daily, very responsive, and kept everything moving expediently. It was an absolute pleasure working with him every day. A special shout-out as well to Pedro, the jobsite lead, who was also fantastic. His attention to detail, precision touch-up work, and quick handling of minor details throughout the job definitely contributed to the exceptional quality and the final results. The entire team was friendly, professional, and thorough. If you are looking for a trustworthy, highly communicative general contractor, I cannot recommend C.H. Anderson Construction—and Pedro and his team—highly enough! We would work with them again in a heartbeat.

We highly recommend Pedro Todaro of CH Anderson and his Brazilian “dream team” for your renovation project! We recently had an extensive home remodel (4 bathrooms, repiping, fireplace, cabinetry, and wood flooring throughout house) and loving what now feels like a new home! First of all, Pedro is an authentic good person and easy to get along with. He is a great communicator; listens well, asks the right questions, and gets back to you quickly. As the GC, Pedro is a professional and perfectionist in the best way. He worked closely with our designers throughout the entire process to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Pedro has put together an exceptional “dream team” of contractors and subcontractors with a high quality of professionalism, craftsmanship, respectful, and clean up after projects. We are so grateful to Pedro and his team for helping to bring our contemporary coastal home vision into a stunning reality!

I’ve worked with three different contractors across Southern California over the last five years, and CH Anderson is by far the most professional and reliable we’ve partnered with. They completed a full bathroom remodel for us, and the experience was so positive that we’re now working with them again on a major exterior teardown and rebuild, a new ADU over our garage, and a master bathroom and walk-in closet renovation. Marty led the project and did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process. Communication was clear and consistent, which made a complex project feel much more manageable. If you’re in Southern California and looking for a contractor who can handle projects of any size, I’d absolutely recommend CH Anderson.

I have built and remodeled 4 homes, and it is such a joy to find a construction partner I can highly recommend! C.H. Anderson provided a stand-out experience and beautiful and highly functional spaces. They remodeled 3 bathrooms (all badly out of code and in need of plumbing, electrical, framing, and floor leveling work) and also jumped in to fix an unrelated roof leak that happened in another part of my house. Pedro is an exceptional GC. His attention to detail, deep knowledge of all the trades, and his extremely strong aesthetic eye and understanding of true quality made the project so successful. Also, he does what he says he's going to do, on time, every time, with no reminders required. Wow! His hand-picked team was skilled and always very respectful of my home and property, and of me. There was from beginning to end transparency about timing, process, pricing and approach, and the fact that the team delivered on each of these elements as agreed built trust, and frankly, delight. The work moved quickly and I was always kept up to date on work completed and work to come. I couldn't be happier with the process or the completed work and highly recommend Pedro and his team at C.H. Anderson.

We had an incredible experience working with C.H. Anderson Construction. They renovated our laundry, bathroom, office, garage, closets, re-piped the entire house, painted our interior, and even found and restored cracked pipes throughout the home. From start to finish, the team was always on time, clear and prompt with communication, and truly professional. They were kind, respectful, and patient, guiding us through every step of the renovation with helpful advice and unmatched expertise. Their attention to detail was second to none, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The results were flawless! We’re thrilled with how every room turned out. We even joked that we might start breaking things around the house just to have them back! We highly recommend Pedro Todaro and his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and professional construction crew.
