Marc Mitre took care of the construction for my start-up orthodontic practice in Studio City. He is a great person and had complete transparency with me throughout the project. We had many challenges with the construction and a lot of meetings were necessary with the landlord and the neighboring businesses. Marc attended all those meetings on my behalf (since I was not always in the area and lived in Palm Springs) and represented me, almost like a lawyer, in all those negotiations. He also has flawless communication skills and would give me project updates on a daily basis. Overall, I highly recommend Marc. He’s not just a contractor; he is a respected and trustworthy person, and his presence feels almost like family. I will come back to him myself for all future project.

Seeing the finished Rivi Endo space come together has been incredible. From the moment you walk in, it feels calm, bright, and modern — exactly the environment I wanted for patients to feel comfortable and at ease. The design really captures that coastal feel of San Clemente while still being equipped with the latest technology we use every day. I appreciate how Marc and his team brought my vision to life. I wanted to utilize all the natural light and was able to do it in a way that flows and allows that open feel. The footprint is small but we were able to squeeze everything I need into the office without it feeling cramped. I’m really proud of how it turned out and I’m excited to welcome patients and colleagues into the practice. It truly reflects what Rivi Endo is all about: precision, comfort, and genuine care. I absolutely love it. Thank you Marc and team!

I recently worked with Marc and CMM Construction to build out my new dental office, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. They paid close attention to every detail, ensuring that the space was not only beautiful but also functional for my staff and patients. The office was completed on time and within budget, with excellent communication throughout the process. Their expertise in healthcare construction was apparent, as they navigated complex requirements seamlessly, ensuring compliance with all regulations. The quality of workmanship is evident — my office now has a modern, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly reflects my practice. I highly recommend Marc and CMM Construction to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled construction team. Thank you Marc for bringing my vision to life!

I can't thank Marc Mitre and his team at CMM Construction enough for the incredible job they did building my Endodontics office. The project was extensive, involving the combination of two separate condos into one, with significant structural and design work. Marc's bid was incredibly thorough and detailed, and the construction process was efficient and timely. Marc was communicative throughout every step, ensuring everything went smoothly. The finishes and attention to detail are truly impressive. I'm so grateful for their professionalism and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Marc to anyone looking to build or redesign their medical or dental office space.

My wife and I, in which we are both Dentists, opened our Start Up General Practice about 9 months ago. Our journey with CMM Construction has been nothing but GREAT. From the very get-go, as we were interviewing potential Contractors, we knew that CMM would be the winning Team. They were very timely and professional with their Proposal. The experience and knowledge was also very evident. During the Planning Phase, our input was sought, and taken into account. If something was not recommended or could not be done, a thorough explanation was provided as to why not. Marc and the CMM Construction Team were very responsive during the Construction Phase. Marc was always one call or text away and would respond in a very timely manner. And if there was a change that we requested during the Construction Phase, no resistance was given by Marc and his Team, and they would instead work with you on making this change happen. Marc and his Team definitely helped construct the Dental Office of our Dreams. And to date, Marc still checks in to see how things are going, which just goes to show that a Relationship is built, and not just a transaction between two Parties. Thanks again CMM Construction for helping us build LUZID SMILES! Dr. Luis and Zita Dominicis
