Next level quality, I have been in this game for over 31 years and I can honestly say Shoreline Construction builds one of the highest quality homes I have seen. Highly recommend Taylor and his team

Taylor Helm and the entire Shoreline Construction team have worked on several projects for me and my family over get the years including nuanced/challenging historic remodels requiring a high level of detail, care, artistry and strategy. Taylor Helm is a very knowledgeable and experienced builder who gets it done, and done right, no matter what the challenge. I want to personally thank Taylor and the team here for all the work they did for us over the years. Taylor is beyond a builder to us but a friend as well. Thank you Taylor and the entire Shoreline Team!

I can not say enough positive things about our experience with Taylor and Shoreline Construction. The communication from the initial budget through all phases of construction could not have been better. In addition to the quality of communication the quality of construction was absolutely first class. Our project was a complete rebuild and every aspect of what was done was done to the highest quality and exceeded all of our expectations I would highly recommend Taylor for anyone looking for a top end contractor.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews and, as a construction defect attorney, am usually involved in projects that did not work out. My experience with Shoreline Construction was exceptional in every respect. Taylor and his team kept us constantly informed about the project and delivered an exceptional result. I could tell that everyone affiliated with Shoreline Construction were real pros – dedicated to excellence, detail-oriented, and creative. Taylor kept us involved in all aspects of the design and construction. Shoreline Construction was totally transparent with the accounting and business end of the job as well. It was not easy turning an otherwise unremarkable Forster Ranch tract home into a modern custom showpiece with a panoramic ocean view, including a new pool and landscape. We would not have done this project with anyone other than Taylor and the team at Shoreline Construction.

Approximately 5 years ago we hired Shoreline Construction to build our cliff top ocean view Dana Point dream home. Taylor at Shoreline proved to be an excellent choice. We had somewhat of a regrettable relationship with an architect so we had less than ideal set of plans to provide our builder. The plans were missing a considerable amount of detail and information that was critical in building our cliff-top home. The Dana Point planning department and Coastal Commission were very challenging to put it lightly and Shoreline was very skilled in resolving any and all issues that arose. Shoreline overcame every obstacle presented with a real commitment to excellence and integrity in all areas of our business dealings and in the construction process. They were great to work with and were so eager to help us bring about the best results every step of the way. The most valuable aspect Taylor brought to the process was his ability to recommend changes needed throughout the process which made the final outcome better than I could have ever thought possible. His recommendations were invaluable to the final result. Our home is beautiful and we are so thankful to have worked with Taylor and his team. Also years later if anything came up he helped solve it in a very timely process. Included is a before and after photo. Tom Lewis
