We couldn’t be happier with the work Justin and his team did. Everything happened exactly when he said it would, everything was completed as promised, and, as anyone in Orange County knows, that’s unfortunately not always the norm when it comes to contractors. I actually chose Justin based on someone else’s glowing review and hoped for the best. What I didn’t expect was the incredible level of professionalism, communication, organization, and attention to detail that he and his team brought to every step of the project. They truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a contractor for a remodel in Orange County, Justin is absolutely the person to call. I recommend him without hesitation. If anyone has questions or would like to hear more about my experience, I’d be more than happy to share. Five stars all the way!

We highly recommend Justin Sherman and his outstanding crew at Timberline Build. Justin recently completed a full renovation of our kitchen, transforming an outdated 1964 space into a beautiful, modern, and highly functional part of our home. The project included new flooring, plumbing, painting, recessed lighting, and upgraded Lutron light switches, with the lighting fully integrated into our Google Home system. The quality of the work was excellent, and every detail was handled with care. Justin’s crews were consistently punctual, professional, and respectful of our home. They cleaned up at the end of every workday, which made living through a major renovation far easier than we expected. Any minor issue, and I truly mean minor, was addressed quickly and thoroughly. What truly sets Justin apart is his demeanor. He is friendly, attentive, courteous, easy to communicate with, and genuinely committed to making sure his clients are happy with the finished result. He listens, responds promptly, and approaches every concern with professionalism and patience. We were so pleased with our kitchen renovation that Timberline Build will soon be remodeling our Jack-and-Jill bathrooms into two separate bathrooms with walk-in showers, as well as enclosing our patio. We would recommend Justin Sherman and Timberline Build without hesitation to anyone considering a home renovation. The workmanship, professionalism, communication, and overall experience have been exceptional.

After relocating from Arizona to Dana Point, we needed a reliable general contractor to take on several projects at once. This team handled everything, kitchen remodel, two bathrooms, and flooring throughout and really delivered across the board. Justin did a great job setting clear expectations from the start, especially with the order of operations, which made it much easier for us to plan around the construction. Every phase showed solid, quality work, and even our picky realtor friend ended up impressed.

Justin Sherman is my contractor and he has shown his professionalism in his quick responses to any questions and patience in a change of direction if needed. I worked with John, as one of his team professionals, in a garage/cabinetry project and it turned out beautifully. John was thoughtful in his approach to the project and was showed great care in completing the work cleanly and efficiently. I highly recommend Justin and his team.

Justin is a true professional. Returns calls/texts in a timely manner and arrives on time for appointments. Both the demo work and shower install went exactly as planned and on schedule. I highly recommend this company.
