Actually 4 and 1/2 stars as there is always room for improvement...anyway...as with almost all the other reviews I, too, am very happy with having chosen Triton Air. This last Friday we came home here in Laguna Woods to find a faulty system, no cold air and compressor just going on and off. Hottest weekend of the year so far as well. I called Triton Air right away as their trucks are very visable in our area all year round which was a great sign for me. Triton Air, specifically a technician named Ryan, was able to come Monday, (we survived the weekend with our fans) assess the situation and did the repair 3 days later. (BTW NO other HVAC company was available that weekend and not til later the following week due to high call volume) I want to say that Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional and easy to understand. He explained everything along the way. In fact dealing with the entire Triton Air organization from management down was a very good experience. I am glad we chose them in this instance. I highly recommend.

Technician Ryan came out and fixed our 21 year old A/C unit in less than two hours. Ryan is one of the most courteous and professional individuals, completely focused on the job at hand. He explained exactly what needed to be replaced along with providing photos of everything he replaced. Ryan treated us like family members.
