Kevin is by far and away, the most unpleasant, rudest insurance agent I have ever dealt with. He was extremely rude when I needed to change my policy many months ago, and was again very rude when I was entertaining a new policy just recently. If I could give him a MINUS 5 stars, I would!!!!
