Jaime, Shayn and Todd have all been great! They are very professional, activley communicate, show up on time and have remained patient through the inevitable challenges that come with projects like ours. Reliabilty matters and we chose them because their price was competitive, they followed up and clearly explained the details and processes required to complete this job correctly.

How refreshing to have a plumber who is so knowledgeable, and willing to explain every detail that is wrong and needs to be fixed. Shayn Thomas has been my go to plumber for years, and is an excellent addition to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Sam Clemente. This is the plumber you need if you have any plumbing issues.

Just selected the Benjamin Franklin company randomly on the internet to research the pool leak I was having. So glad that I did. The service was same day and very professional. Todd the service guy was very polite and friendly and took the proper steps to find the leak efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Such a life saver! When it comes to timeliness, efficiency, price and convenience there’s no other plumbing company in the south county area like Benjamin Franklin, they are very professional and they really care for their customers - any question or worry I had they took care of it. You will not go wrong with them!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing San Clemente is absolutely fantastic! Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly from start to finish.
