Service was very professional and fast. Answered all my questions. Explained what was required. Gave initial estimate. Repaired two toilets. Installed a third.

Juan came out yesterday to help with numerous drain related issues and issues with leaking toilet. He did an exceptional job and was very polite. We have had nothing but terrific service with Bill Metzger Plumbing every time we’ve had a plumbing issue. All of their service people have been outstanding. They’ve provided the best plumbing service we’ve ever had.

We did our annual drain and refill of the water heater on our own but the drain valve wouldn’t stop dripping. I called and was put on the schedule for later in the day. 30 minutes later received a call that a technician was on his way. Chris R. arrived promptly and was incredible. Explained everything every step of the way. He did the job and was friendly and personable and made sure everything worked just right before leaving. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

This review is long overdue. We had a very busy remodel and are finally getting around to sharing how great our experience was with Rambo at Bill Metzger Plumbing. We worked with Rambo throughout the remodel of three bathrooms and a kitchen, which ultimately also required a full repipe of our house. He was there every step of the way to answer our questions and help us understand what needed to be done. Rambo and his team were always responsive, available, and excellent at communicating the scope of the work, timelines, and next steps. He was transparent about pricing, and his rates were honest and reasonable. The quality of their work was excellent. Everything was done carefully and to a very high standard, with no corners cut. The cleanup afterward was also extremely thorough. Rambo was genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout a long and stressful remodel. We felt very fortunate to have someone so dependable handling such an important part of the project. 10/10. We would absolutely recommend Rambo at Bill Metzger Plumbing.

Excellent service from Bill Metzger Plumbing! TJ was on time, knowledgeable, and incredibly polite. He diagnosed and fixed our leaky bathtub faucet in just 15 minutes. We really appreciated the quick, professional repair and are grateful to have everything working perfectly again. Highly recommend!
