Austin did a great job changing the filter in my water system. He was knowledgeable, professional and had outstanding customer interaction skills. We arranged to have him to come out same time next year.

I ordered a new refrigerator from cosco. The guys delivering the item said that my water and ice connection behind the refrigerator was frozen shut and that they could not install it. I called Clear Water plumbing. They arrived early which was great! They went to work quickly and continued to explain what they were doing and gave me options. Scheduling the estimate was very easy over Yelp messaging. Our technician, Austin, called to ask if he could come early, which worked well for us and he arrived on time. It was the right choice. they showed up on time, were professional and kind. Upon arrival we had a quick discussion on the approach to confirm. Austin showed me a photo of similar job to confirm and then got to work. The job was completed as promised for the price promised. They did quality work. What else can you really ask for? They cleaned up after themselves and walked me through the process of the system before they left.
