I had a great experience with Drake Wills Plumbing for a reverse osmosis installation. Communication was easy from start to finish, and they showed up right when they said they would. The technician was knowledgeable about the system, took their time with the installation, and paid close attention to the details. I also appreciated that everything was explained clearly instead of just being installed and left behind. Before wrapping up, they tested the system to make sure everything was working properly and answered all of my questions. Friendly, professional service and a job well done.

Yes you should hire Drake! I was on Yelp and put a request for fixing a dripping faucet, Drake responded in minutes, made an appointment that day, arrived with knee pads on, ready to go. He stopped the drip, and also gave me the best quote for replacing a toilet, which was my main major issue. This was an upstairs toilet that had leaked through the ceiling downstairs. He came back on another day, removed the old toilet loaded it in his truck for disposal, purchased and installed an even better toilet. Kind, courteous, hardworking, good at diagnosing problems, and getting the work done efficiently. A couple days later I discovered a new leak, and called Drake to take a look. He couldn’t come right away because he was working with another customer, so I was worried, but as soon as he finished that job, he called and came to check it out. The problem was a fitting that should have been replaced years ago when my house was repiped, and it had disintegrated. Drake had a new one in his truck, and fixed it on the spot. It’s great to have a plumber who cares. Thank you Drake!

The work was high-quality, the price was fair, and everything was left clean afterward. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and honest—highly recommend and would definitely use again.
