The Outlets at San Clemente is hands down one of the most beautiful and enjoyable places to shop in Southern California! The Spanish-style architecture is stunning, the entire property is incredibly clean, and you just can’t beat shopping with a gorgeous ocean breeze. They have a fantastic selection of stores, from athletic wear like Nike and Under Armour to classic brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Everything is laid out beautifully, making it super easy to navigate. The paths are wide, there is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, and the restrooms are famously pristine. Beyond the shopping, the food options are great—whether you want a quick, delicious bite like Blaze Pizza or a sit-down meal, they have you covered. Plus, the parking is completely free, easy, and mostly covered, which is a massive bonus. It feels less like a standard mall and more like a beautiful coastal getaway. Highly recommend stopping by! Loved all the shops, bought some swimsuits and swim shorts. A nice jumpsuit. Then we ate a Ruby’s dinner, a throw back from the 50’s-60’s. Food was great and I loved their French fries:).

A pretty quiet outdoor mall with a modest to good range of outlet stores, some eateries (shout out to Ruby's! ). Some activities for youngsters (and adults tbh) and more parking than you'll ever need. Come on a Saturday after 8am for the biggest cars&coffee around if you're a car enthusiast.

This outlet location is way better than I thought it would be. There is a great variety of stores to shop at and at least when we were there during a weekday, not crowded at all. The prices are hit and miss for the most part, depending on the outlet store you are shopping at. I'd say about 70% of the stores had great prices, 20% had average prices and 10% were fairly expensive still. Either way, this is a great outlet mall that is far better than the Outlets at Orange, the other Orange County Outlet mall.

Really like the many brand name stores here. The place is outdoors with lots of space to walk around, and very very clean. The bathrooms look more like they should be in an expensive hotel. Feel very secure and safe here. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant there called Asada Cantina. Of course there are several other good restaurants. On Saturdays, there is a car show there with everything from vintage to modern vehicles, and the owners and fans get together for brunch at the mall after. My son and I love this show. But for my wife the shopping is good and the deals are worth the trip. Everything from top designer names to the small crafters. And, we spend every Black Friday there.
