The best place I’ve found in OC. Signs were completed on time, price was fair, and customer service was great. Definitely recommend!

I would not recommend doing business here. I placed an order two weeks ago and made it clear I needed it by May 1st. He agreed. On Monday, I received an email saying it would be ready for pickup Wednesday. I showed up Friday, only to be told the project hadn’t even been started and that it will be ready Monday. He did not try to stop me from leaving the store, I stood there thinking what I should do next and I said you know what just cancel the order, and he said okay cancel the order, I said Yes. What’s especially frustrating is that this reflects a pattern. He often complains about being busy and seems reluctant to take on orders. I’ve overlooked the attitude in the past because the location is convenient, but this experience made it clear that reliability is an issue. While I wasn’t charged, this still cost me time and disrupted my schedule. I had planned a 4-hour trip to install the sign, and now my project—and opening timeline—are delayed because of it. As a business owner, I understand things come up—but clear communication and follow-through are essential. I’m simply warning other business owners not to rely on promised timelines here.

Jeremy is an awesome partner! We have been utilizing his services for years now. He never disappoints and always goes above and beyond to assure top notch service. Thank you Jeremy and thank you Signhouse!

We have been working with Jeremy - Signhouse for over 7 years. When we moved to a stand alone building, we called on Jeremy's team to design and install our exterior building signs. They also did our interior signs. We use Signhouse for all signage needs for various projects. Jeremy is very attentive to details and will ensure orders placed are accurate - super important when it comes to inspections. We rely upon and can depend on Signhouse. When our orders are completed, we are notified promptly. We continue to use Jeremy at Signhouse because he provides personable, excellent on time service and quality workmanship. We can count on his team!

I'm currently Director of Security for a 20000 acre ranch in Southern California. We bombard Jeremy with graphic designs ,sign requests, vehicle decals, on a constant basis. He always finds time to get our requests filled promptly and accurately. Dealing directly with the business owner reassures me that requests are being handled with the pride that comes with being the owner. Not a single mistake in the years we have been using Sign House. 5 stars is the minimum Sign House
