Terrible communication skills. I called multiple times to check the status of my taxes and got different answers each time. Then to only find out my taxes had been done for a month. Then they lied about trying to contact me through email.

I would not recommend this business to anybody it’s incredible that Stacey has been in business so long I told her I was in a time crunch because I was going away 3/31-4/14 she told me no problem she never got back to me if she needed anything else I sent emails I left voicemails to no avail. She had never told me how much it is ( she was suppose to call by the following week)she was supposed to get back to me to let me know if there’s anything else she needed I told her when it needed to be done Here we are two days before it was supposed to be done I finally got a hold of somebody by calling AGAIN they told me they misfiled my paperwork! Not only was it not done by the time promised it wasn’t even started! I decided to pick up my paperwork and start all over again finding someone else I picked up my folder my last name which is very easy five letters it was misspelled on the folder that’s why they couldn’t find me how could they have made such an incompetent (INACCURATE)mistake when all the paperwork inside the folder has my name on it! At this point it should have been filed whatever I have to pay the IRS should’ve already been completed today instead I picked up my paperwork! Instead of Always Accurate it’s name to me is Always Inaccurate. Wish I read Yelp & Google Reviews first.

DON’T GO HERE!!!! Went to get my taxes done here and they were incredibly unprofessional. I went before taxes were due, but instead of filing my taxes they just filed an extension without telling me. I also had a correction I needed made on a previous year which had a deadline and they missed the deadline and didn’t bother to tell me. I tried following up to see when my taxes would be done and they were incredibly unresponsive. I never got a call or email back or any kind of update. Eventually I just went and picked up all my documents and now need to find someone else to do them. Save yourself the time and frustration, go literally anywhere else.

Let me start by saying this is my first review of anything ever. I typically don't care about leaving a review but Always Accurate Accounting changed this for me. It's very simple. Starting off, Stacy was very nice and reassuring, however, that is where it ended. 3 months of zero responses to emails and phone calls i finally went down to the office to pick up my documents. 3 months and she still hadn't even started my tax return. Meanwhile i also hired her to do my bookkeeping and payroll. Never heard anything from her. No emails, no phone calls, just totally ignored me. She probably has enough business that my 200 bucks a month doesn't mean much and i get that but please let me know. I have a business to run and taxes that need to be paid. The absolute worst experience and most unprofessional accountant i have ever encountered. Stay away!!!!!!

Fast, fantastic service. I brought my 2016 income tax to Stacey, and not only did she get me a sizeable return, she also amended my 2015 taxes for an additional return! I can't rate this service highly enough.
