We thought JoAnn was gonna be our tax professional; boy was I wrong. She straight up lied that she applied for an extension for us and kept promising that our return was easy, we were a “priority”, and to give her more time. She seems to know her stuff but don’t be fooled, she is horrible with communication and it’ll be a waste of time to work with her as a new client. We even referred her a new client and she did the same thing to them! Best to move along in your search for a tax person.
