I started using Kept.pro last year after a couple years of being frustrated with time and effort of bookkeeping, and the catch-up process before taxes. Initially I was skeptical of the value of the service - did I need the full team that Kept.pro brings, or just a bookkeeper to do entries? However, after onboarding, I now have a fully integrated service between Quickbooks, my timekeeping system, and all banking & payroll accounts. This has taken a lot of the thoughts of "I should be doing this" about entries, monthly recs, closing, invoicing, etc off my shoulders. I have reporting I can trust now, and am confident going into tax time. So in short - this is a great team and great service! Highly recommended. My only complaint is that James Wheeler, the owner, makes me feel guilty about my own pale-by-comparison customer followup with his periodic calls to check in and see how things are going!
