I called and I did not get the name of the person but it was a male and he was very rude. He said that I did not need tax preparation for next year given that I own property which shows the lack of knowledge and professionalism of him. Even people who do not do taxes know that tax preparation is important to be able to deduct more taxes the next year. I do not recommend this place and it is unfortunate to have this type of experience.
