Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’ve messed up our internet service THREE times and keep sending us on goose chases to get information. They didn’t even put our order in correctly so we had to fix that TWICE! It’s actually insane how little help everyone has been. I genuinely think I’m going to switch services before I even get started. Do not recommend!

mistreatment. I made the change of company and once I no longer had them they forced me to call to activate my account, how am I supposed to do it if I have already changed? on top of that, in the store they wanted to charge me for doing it themselves
