Communication And Network Solutions is listed in the Retail Tenants Together provider directory as a cable & internet resource for retail tenants in San Diego — independent stores and restaurants in shopping centers and street-front locations.
Why retail tenants in San Diego work with cable & internet providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

We have used this company once before and they were ok. However, we called them 2 weeks ago to do some phone wiring and gave them a deadline as to when our fax line would be disconnected. We followed up a couple of times to see when they would come out and they told us the installers car broke down. Called them again the day before our deadline and got told that the installers car is still broken. I asked them if they were planning on calling us and that they had left us stranded without a fax line and they were very unsympathetic and told me they couldn't do anything about it. I had to find another company in a panic since we can't operate without a fax line and they fortunately showed up promptly within an hour and resolved our problem. Where is the customer service these days??
