I am not sure how this company is still in business. I have been trying to reach them for 2 weeks with a problem, left multiple messages and still have not been contacted. Seriously the worst of the worst as far as internet companies go! There are far better choices out there with internet that does not have so many problems!

I would really appreciate some customer service from this company. When the service is up it's great. Every time there is an issue they want to blame it on my end and for the record its never been on my end. I am tired of the run around and lack of answers. My service has been down for over 36 hours and they have promised me a call back 4 times now and I have yet to get one. They do no want to admit when the problem is on their end. I have only have service for 8 months and have been down at least 7 times. The worst time I had no service for 2 weeks. I am not big on leaving reviews, but I have had enough finally.
