Disastrous customer service. Insanity level wait times.

Joran was so helpful today when my roomie went in to get our service activated. We’d experienced a bit of a runaround with trying to get it set up over the phone and he was AWESOME.

Terrible service! I just wanted to return the equipment but the service is slower than spectrum's internet speed :-(((. I returned the equipment to UPS and I was out of the store in under a minute

I had a good customer service experience here. The line was a bit long on a weekday afternoon that I went and I had to wait about 45minutes. The staff are courteous and they try to help as best as they can. The location is great as well. There is a Vons, nail salons and restaurants. I will return and I highly recommend.

.REGULAR Hours have changed opened 10am-8pm !! And sundays too ..This store is not as crazy busy as others around the area it's my preferable location. They have wireless now but the store still does new accts for internet and tv phone , staff is quick and friendly here too. Very helpful ! THE BEST PART IS THE KIOSK SELF SERVE! You can pay your bill without talking to anyone or waiting in line it takes cash credit check debit (no coin no change)
