Marco's janitorial service
San Diego, CA
Marco's janitorial service is listed in the Retail Tenants Together provider directory as a cleaning resource for retail tenants in San Diego — independent stores and restaurants in shopping centers and street-front locations.
Marco's Janitorial Services provides comprehensive cleaning solutions, including specialized window cleaning, for commercial and residential properties throughout San Diego County. As a local, non-franchise business, they emphasize personalized service and quality over quantity.
Why retail tenants in San Diego work with cleaning providers
A storefront is judged from the sidewalk. Retail cleaning crews work before open or after close, keep glass and entry floors presentable under constant foot traffic, maintain customer restrooms, and — for food operators — meet health-code standards for kitchens and dining areas. Unlike office janitorial, this is usually the tenant's own contract rather than a building service, so the provider answers to you.

Marco's Janitorial Service has provided great work for my property managment company. He is not only great at janitorial service but he would tell me about other issues he would find when he was onsite. He cares about the properties he works at and for that I am very thankful!
