Stratus Building Solutions started with us back in August 2024. Since that time, they have provided us with consistently high-quality service and demonstrated flexibility with our requests and needs as they relate to how our clinic operates.

I can always count on Jesus and the Status team to perform a thorough, high quality job at our office every week. They are pleasant to work with and a team that has always met our expectations. We recently asked them to perform some additional cleaning on our floors which came out much better than expected.

Their management team is as precise as their cleaning crews. When we have feedback, they listen with open ears and ensure that any/all adjustments are made. Crew is shortcutting at every possible corner. Have quite often entered and left the building within 10 minutes or less, which is a clear sign that they did no work. They have only arrived once in the last week (contract is for 3 times a week). For May it appears we have a received a total of maybe 2-3 hours of cleaning! Just not acceptable. I have received complaints that the trash is not being emptied and areas are not being cleaned. This team has also Lost keys on multiple occasions. This is a final warning. Get this team to be consistent, replace them or we will leave Stratus.
