Tip Top Janitorial Services, LLC
San Diego, CA
Tip Top Janitorial Services, LLC is listed in the Retail Tenants Together provider directory as a cleaning resource for retail tenants in San Diego — independent stores and restaurants in shopping centers and street-front locations.
Why retail tenants in San Diego work with cleaning providers
A storefront is judged from the sidewalk. Retail cleaning crews work before open or after close, keep glass and entry floors presentable under constant foot traffic, maintain customer restrooms, and — for food operators — meet health-code standards for kitchens and dining areas. Unlike office janitorial, this is usually the tenant's own contract rather than a building service, so the provider answers to you.

Tip Top Janitorial Services has saved the day for me a few times now. They're so responsive, even on the weekends and evenings, and they do a great job. I've been hiring professional cleaners for about 20 years now, and these guys are the best.

Great service. Was able to walk the property first to get an idea of what materials were needed. Then came back and executed. Significant different when this team was done. I would use them again.
