West Pacific Services
San Diego, CA
West Pacific Services is listed in the Retail Tenants Together provider directory as a cleaning resource for retail tenants in San Diego — independent stores and restaurants in shopping centers and street-front locations.
Why retail tenants in San Diego work with cleaning providers
A storefront is judged from the sidewalk. Retail cleaning crews work before open or after close, keep glass and entry floors presentable under constant foot traffic, maintain customer restrooms, and — for food operators — meet health-code standards for kitchens and dining areas. Unlike office janitorial, this is usually the tenant's own contract rather than a building service, so the provider answers to you.

I am a facilities supervisor that is responsible for 9 buildings in a combination of office and manufacturing space. I have been using West Pacific Services for 3 years now. We have day porters during the day that take care of the lunchrooms and the bathrooms. During the night we have a cleaning crew that does the cleaning. We have a lot of people in our buildings during the day and they do a great job keeping everything clean without causing disruptions. The night crew does a great job at waxing the floors and cleaning carpet on a rotating schedule. When we have a problem or a special request they are very responsive to take care of our needs. I can highly recommend West Pacific Services for doing a great job
