One example showcases their teamwork: during the initial site visit, all subs attended. With our sloped site and the need to live in the main house during construction (with two young boys), minimizing disruptions was critical. Another bidder’s plumber, also on Gottsik’s team, proposed a utility trenching route that would have blocked our normal home access for a significant amount of time. Gottsik offered a less invasive, cost-saving alternative, proving they value their team’s expertise and clients’ needs. I highly recommend Gottsik—you won’t be disappointed. I only wish they’d handled our design and permitting stages to save time and money.
