Why retail tenants in San Diego work with electrical providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

We have worked with Calafata Electric on several Re-roofs for several years and they have done amazing work and delivered every time.
Sean and his crews do great work and install high quality mounts. No cookie cutter mounts like other companies.

I worked with Calafata on my home solar projection. Micah and the team were incredibly professional, responsive, and worked efficiently on on time. Micah was with us every step of the way, explaining all of the details and helping us understand our project and our needs and what we were getting. These guys are professional and on top of their business. They operate efficiently and with good workmanship. These are rare traits in the industry these days. I have experienced my fair share of less than stellar experiences with home projects and I can say without a doubt Calafata sets the bar really high for other Solar and construction companies to try and hold their standards to. Thanks Micah and Calafata for helping us execute our home solar project and for your care along the way.
