I called looking for a fire sprinkler cover hoping someone might have one. Several companies never got back to me. Alexandra Hunter reached out immediately. She was very kind even though I was simply just looking for one cover. She got back to me the next morning and let me know that they had one and I could come in and pick it up anytime that day. I showed up and she came out right away with the cover. As a business owner I know how important customer service is and with Alexandra it doesn't get any better. If this goes straight to her boss make sure she knows how amazing she is. Thank you!

Was shopping at Ikea today in San Diego on 4/22 and loading my van with some cabinets in the loading zone when I got a surprise bath. One of your employees thought it was wise to discharge the sprinkler system without 1st verifying where the discharge pipe was located. After I was finished getting with my surprise bath from grey stagnant sprinkler water system. I went in to IKEA to let them know at the security desk where the Cosco employee was sitting as well. I let them know what just occured. He was unapologetic, and looked as if this was none of his concern. Only after I spoke with Chez the Ikea facilities manager did your employee even feign an after thought apology. Driving truck license plate number: 59784V2 I can provide pictures of aftermath and your company truck on location today if so desired. Happy Earth Day. I did my part today by bathing in recycled water.

Extremely unprofessional and unwilling to do work in reasonable amount of time. Caused mass disturbance and chaos across communities with absolutely no regard for the well-being of others. This "business" should have their license immediately revoked. False alarms for 7 days, 5 hours a day, every 2 minutes. Work should have been done in 2 days split among many employees. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE.
