I am the fire prevention officer and facilities coordinator for a defense agency and I have had a lot of trouble with the fire contractors that we have had conduct our annual and semi annual tests, inspections, and repairs. Once we kicked them off site and hired HCI systems it has been a complete 180 turn around!
