In the showroom Monica was attentive and engaging in helping us find an attractive carpet within our budget for our bedroom. The carpeting was installed within a week and the installers were friendly and professional. They re-positioned heavy furniture and put everything back in order upon completion of the job. I only had to carpet one bedroom & closet, but they treated me with so much respect, patience, and kindness. Jorge and Juan, who installed our carpets, were so respectful, joyful, and kind as well. Monika and Prad worked with our budget and made sure that we had the best quality carpet at a price we could afford. There were no hidden fees like some big box companies have. They are also in contact with their installers which is a game changer if you’ve ever partnered with larger businesses who are not in contact with their third party installers. It makes the process so much smoother & reliable. We are ecstatic with the results; we finally have our dream carpet in our bedroom/closet and we couldn’t be happier. I cannot say enough on how knowledgeable and helpful Monika was in picking out the correct type of carpet for my two-story home! Way more knowledgeable than other places that I had checked out. I had no idea the width and pattern style played such a big part in how carpet would lay on stairs, work on the angled entrance to my MBR (which obviously the previous carpet people had no idea), hold up with having pets in house, and then keep costs in line with what I was looking for. She blew me away with the details and care while being competitive on pricing! Prad was also so supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. The installers were really great too (not often I can say that). All a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish. You can really tell that quality of care and customer satisfaction is priority here. The reason I came here in the first place is because my best friend had found the color of hardwood flooring that she wanted for her new home, but did not like all the knots in the wood so Monika told her no problem that she would work with the manufacturer and custom ordered that wood for her with not so many knots (see last pic of her floor). They were so impressed with her service and having been accommodating during project hiccups, the product, and the entire process that I knew I had to check them out, and so glad I did!
