FCI did a superb job of replacing about 2,500 square feet of ceramic and carpet flooring in our home. From start to finish, the process was smooth, largely due to the professionalism and “customer first” attitude of David and his entire team. They reacted positively to direction from my wife, who took on the role of site quality manager! Endri handled the site management portion brilliantly, and showed off his skill in personally assisting and supervising the re-flooring of our half-spiral staircase, which now looks stunning. Installation of the ceramic tiles and laminate flooring was extremely well executed, and with close attention to detail. The team worked to prevent dust intrusion throughout the process, and cleaned up the work areas daily.

We had Brazilian cherry floors, but we were not happy with the red color tone of these floors - the color of the wood floors was dated and it did not match the colors of our furniture or the decor of our home. We studied all the trends in flooring and decided to get quotes for replacing our floors with new wood floors that featured wide planks with an updated color scheme. We interviewed several different contractors and each of the contractors gave us their opinions and also provided us with a quote for replacing all the flooring on our first floor. David of Floor Coverings International stood out from the other contractors we interviewed. He provided us with the best pricing, his reviews were spectacular, he was patient with answering all of our questions, and we liked that he was the owner of the business - providing very personalized service. We spent hours and hours and hours selecting the wood for our home, and then we signed a contract. The team of installers performed the demolition of our old floors in one single day. They were very clean with this portion of the work. The next day they started with final preparation and installation of our flooring. They finished the entire project in just six days. They were extremely attentive to details throughout the entire project. The installers, supervisor, and project manager were constantly checking all aspects of the installation to ensure that everything was PERFECT. After the flooring was completed, they installed new baseboards that completed the look. I am a perfectionist and I was skeptical that they would meet my expectations, but they actually exceeded all expectations. The new flooring looks AMAZING - it's like we have a brand new home. I'm sure that the new floors have dramatically increased the value of our home. I would highly recommend David and team to anyone that is considering new flooring. It's nice to find a contractor that provides best pricing, while also offering the very, very highest level of quality and customer service.

We have an office in Escondido with a lot of foot traffic. We had commercial carpet that had seen better days over 15 years. We decided on luxury vinyl flooring to be installed. From the initial visit with Dominic to quote, it was top notch service. Great communication, crew was there when the way said they would be. Team was trustworthy as they did much of the work over a holiday period. We even had them come back and do additional floors for us. We would recommend them hands down!

We had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International. We did our due diligence and had a lot of contractors come out for estimates. Their prices were comparable to several other bidders but the product was higher quality and they handled everything! The installers were professional and did a great job moving our personal items with care. Dominic was also a great point of contact throughout the whole process. He kept us updated without being asked and was even kind enough to lock up our cats when we forgot. We will definitely be using them again for our next project. Highly recommend!
