Very knowledgeable on flooring and assisted me in researching replacement trim. Unfortunately the flooring i needed was discontinued but they have a spare pile that I was able to closely match for only $10.00

My contractor sent me here to look at materials and get ideas. The guys were super helpful, especially Nick, and that none of my questions were stupid - highly recommend whether you already know what type of flooring you want or are early in the journey.

The staff, excellent. The variety is good, not too overwhelming like some other stores. The issue was obtaining orders. When we ordered tiles, we were told it would arrive in 4 business days but there would be no way to track the delivery. The first time it was delayed 1 week and this time we haven't been able to know when it's coming. So just be prepared that delivery takes time. But the staff and the super, Amazing!

I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with the Sr. Sales Associate by the name of Mike Brignoli today. This guy went above and beyond helping me and making sure I had what I needed even though my order wasn’t a large one. Thank You!

So far 5 stars, I was helped by Taylor and she made sure I got everything I needed, educated me on the optional options I had available. Tony made sure the price was competitive for me. I'll be installing the flooring in the next week or so, so if anything changes, ill update! UPDATE: the flooring was installed with plenty left over. I installed myself with some YouTube videos, and it's not to shabby!
