Well, we are officially in love with our new floors. Can't say enough good things about Jason, his crew, and the new engineered hardwood floors they installed in our condo. Jason was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process, allowing us to take multiple samples home and provide us with great advice and pricing options. Jason is also a pro at navigating HOA requirements in condo buildings, which was a MASSIVE weight off our shoulders. He handled the architectural application, coordinating with building management, providing samples, and everything else. Doing work like this in a condo can be a headache, and Jason made it easy. The quality of the flooring and installation speaks for itself. In addition to being a high quality product, the crew did an amazing job on all the little details. They also didn't hesitate to come back to correct a minor defect in one of the planks, which was very appreciated. Overall we cannot recommend RH enough. They will be our go to anytime we need flooring done in the future.
