Seaside Flooring Pros installed white oak hardwood flooring beautifully in my 2nd floor hall landing and hall bathroom. I called many other flooring companies but they didn't offer installation of unstained solid wood planks. I was thrilled to find Seaside Flooring Pros! They are professional and skilled with their work. I highly recommend Seaside and will use them again for my floor renovation downstairs!

Plenty of issues with customer service, scheduling, quality of work, and lack of preparedness and professionalism. Vendor rescheduled day of after the slated appointment time because they accidentally used the flooring materials on another job. Rescheduled for the next day. Worker showed up an hour late and had to borrow tools from me, the client, in order to complete the job (hammer, screwdriver, masking tape, and channel locks). Worker used profanity with my 8 year old child present when he broke the piece of wood he brought. Worker cut into my baseboard when removing single strip of hardwood floor and didn’t attempt to repair or even say anything about it. Replacement piece was not flush in several areas. Very noticeable difference. Worker began first coat of the stain, which didn't seem to match at all, then said "I'm going to leave some stain with you to do the next coat." When I explained I wasn't comfortable with that and said I'm paying you to do the job, he said well then it's going to cost you extra. When I asked if he'd like me to charge him for the use of my tools, he grudgingly continued the job. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. He put a water based stain over still wet oil based stain. It dried very muddled and horrible, plus the strip is a completely different color, the new wood itself is damaged in several areas, and it is far from flush with the other floorboards. Bottom line, don't use this company.
