ADP never picks up the phone. They are not withholding fed taxes despite the w4 being property filled out. This triggers under witholding penalties. ADP needs to be terminated from your business ASAP.

Absolutely the most unreliable delivery team I have ever dealt with from this company. I’ve been a customer for five years, and every single year we face the same delivery problems. Every payroll cycle I brace myself for issues—I call multiple times, follow up constantly, and still have to worry about whether our checks will even arrive. Despite all the reminders and confirmations, they consistently deliver late or fail to show up at all. It is unbelievable that a company responsible for something as essential as payroll cannot handle such a basic, critical task. The level of unprofessionalism is truly astonishing. Shame on them for allowing this problem to continue for so long without fixing it.

This is a gawd awful company and I wish id never used them, I was running payroll for my small LLC, single employee, myself and elected ti sue their 401K also, they were charging me $238 per month for the 401K and a roughly $200 for payroll, I canceled my service with them when I became aware of the charges. Cut to the chase that was over a year ago, the money was transferred to Chase. Out of the blue I got a letter from a collections agency saying I owed over $1300, I called they said the plan had never been terminated, that they never received the wire transfer information, which is impossible as the money is physically with Chase and has been for over a year. So I went through the hoops again, oh and they also took a huge amount of money for doing this, the transfer to Chase, October 6th I send all the cancellation paperwork back to them. Was told by customer service that for some reason they hadn't sent any invoices, they cant say why, they reconfirm my email address and send me an invoice for the whole year, stating that since its with collections there's noting they can do about it. Any future charges they say will be nullified. October 16th I send a cease and desist to the collections agency and to ADP, October 20th I get another bill for $238.00, this time in the mail. If your a small business avoid this organization as it pure poison, I'm sure if your a larger company with dedicated customer support and doing payroll for 30+ employees the experience is probably way different. But as a small business, they give you thirty days with a dedicated account manager, after that it's being on hold for long periods and random call center support.

My accountant recommended ADP to me. Brando Guevara has been helping me since day one. Overall, he has made everything smooth and easy for me. The direct deposit is very convenient, especially since my accountant wasn’t able to do that for me. I’m happy he referred ADP to me. Brando set up everything for me and saved me so much time. The customer service is incredible. My calls and questions are answered whenever i reach out to them and he is always friendly. I definitely recommend giving ADP a chance!

Brando Guevara was outstanding getting all the information in a crazy short notice (my fault). Can't say anything but the best Customer service - with direct calls throughout the day at a minute notice to answer any questions. Haven't had to contact customer support but onboarding was a pleasure compared to self-serve type of services.
