Owner is unprofessional and rude. I paid for a simple quicken bookkeeping effort. 6 month later and dozens of emails and calls I have nothing. Tried to contact the business via the number on the web and it went into Google voice. Look at the business address ... its an apartment building. She loves to mention the "contract" she has you sign... funny not a great way to interface with a customer who has been patent. I am not convinced this is a real business. Be careful.

Very rude and unprofessional recruiter that doesn't know how to do their job. They don't want to listen to candidates, rushing interview, can't ask basic interview questions, and can't even sell the jobs that they are trying to fill. If they can't do basic research on the company that they are trying to fill than, they shouldn't be a recruiter. I would highly recommend hiring better recruiters because, rude recruiters do not give a good impression of this company.

I wanted to share my experience with BOSS. I worked with Michelle, who is the owner of this fantastic company. After much time spent discussing my transition from Quickbooks to Quicken she determined that this was not a good solution for my bookkeeping and accounting needs. I had already paid the fees and yet she simply told me that this was not a good solution and that she would refund my payment. I appreciate her honesty and integrity and I would highly recommend using their services.
