My company has been using Coastal Payroll for years now, absolutely love them! They are always on top of the latest goings on and informative. And have the best staff!

We have had to smoothest transition to Coastal Payroll this year b/c they made it so easy for us. They're always helpful and pleasant whenever we have questions. They platform is easy to use. Can't say enough about their customer service.

Asked for a quote before doing a demo. Wanted to do the demo first. I am not going to do a demo if it is outside my price range. Asked for any questions to be sent to me via email. Said they had to do a zoom meeting for “fraud prevention”.

Do not use this company. I have never experienced a more unprofessional and unresponsive company, vendor in my firm's 15 year history. Short version is I signed up with them in December and scheduled to do our first payroll in early January. After our implementation meeting, I gave them a ton of information and access including the info of our exiting payroll provider. I provided them clear instructions that if they needed anything even during the holidays then just call me. They never reached out and we ended up meeting on January 2nd with them saying they didn't have everything and could not complete the payroll. They then promised to get us a list within the hour and they didn't. After bugging them over 4 hours, the original sales person helped us get our employees net figures and we ended up having to do our entire payroll via Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal as they completely dropped the ball. I then proceeded to e-mail the supervisors to raise this issue. Instead of taking ownership of their mistakes or at least apologize for how badly the messed up, they threw all the blame on myself and their sales person. I responded two other times re the unprofessional nature of their communication. I have NEVER received another response. They've failed to address the taxes for the pay period. The only thing I got was today saying that they no longer are servicing me although no one has bothered to even say that explicitly. On top of the above, they claim they are a "white glove" payroll company but by their own admission, they are simply a glorified version of the top two payroll companies and really are no different. Use any other company but them as they will not treat you right and will be very unprofessional should they drop the ball. I am absolutely appalled how they have stayed in business for this long.

My account rep, Doug Ritz, does an AMAZING job at helping me with my needs. Doug and the Team often come to my rescue when I need immediate assistance. Doug and Team are professional, polite, always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you guys for everything that you do.
