Working with Paycom has been an exceptional experience. Their team is incredibly responsive and consistently provides outstanding support. Whether it's a quick question or a more complex need, they’re always ready with timely and helpful solutions. Paycom also offers excellent training opportunities and a wealth of resources to help users navigate and maximize the platform’s features. Their proactive communication ensures that we're always informed and empowered to use the system effectively. We are very pleased with Paycom's payroll system. Its easy to navigate, and the information presented is always clear and straightforward. A standout feature for us has been the exceptional support from our representative, who is always prompt and efficient in addressing any issues or inquiries we have.

Awful. The system is not at all intuitive. They fail to follow thru. I switched my company to them last year. This December their system screwed up my pay periods breaking them into 3 odd segments. After 1.5 months they still did not resolve it. When I tried to access my account access was denied. Th ey shut it down without notice after failing to resolve THEIR issues. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!! Do not use them!!!

Do not recommend. Smaller company with big company customer service. Don't expect any extra assistance troubleshooting after the initial implementation process. Sales representative presented an estimate based off of a through review of company with all details, and then, charged the company three times as much with no resolution or credit options. Company has 3 separate week-ending dates, so the fix to accommodate was to run 3 pay runs which then equated to 3x the cost without any warning or disclosure. Sales rep just wanted more commission on his part. Company was charged for 3 jurisdiction/payroll tax filings when all pay runs were related to one EIN/TIN, and there was no further work done on Paycom's part. Interface isn't as user friendly, and several employees have needed more than average training to navigate within the system. During implementation, Paycom will not archive tax year documents, so you will have to retain or save all documents somewhere for reference.

Paycom's cloud based program is easy to use for admin and employees alike. However, their help centers are wildly unhelpful and sometimes take days to get back to you with information. If you reach out to a manager its unlikely you'll get a response at all. If you terminate services you will still be charged for them. I can't wait to switch payroll companies and I will tell everyone I know in the industry to stay far far away from this service.
