Why retail tenants in San Diego work with HR & payroll providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

Nancy and Carmen and the team at Total Package are great to work with. They know all the compliance details no business owner want to deal with and they take care of handbooks and onboarding and payroll details without a hitch. TPHR is a great partner to get the HR you really need to run a business.

Our company was gathering bids for contracted payroll services and met with Total Package HR to discuss their offerings. Their team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated strong payroll expertise. Even though it took us longer than expected to make a decision, they were patient and checked in with us throughout the process. Excellent customer service!
