Elena is the rudest individual I have ever spoke to on the phone. She demonstrated how unprofessional she can be by how she answered her phone. Elena needs a big lesson in what customer service means and looks like. I will NEVER use this company because of ELENA. BEWARE OF ELENA!!

Elena is very quick and helpful! She jumped right in and helped me get my payroll up and running. I was a bit late submitting hours after hiring my first employees and she worked late to ensure I would have them done....then even offered to deliver the checks to me the next day!
