Gave a few recommendations for sensor and other items, but were not pushy or condescending at all, but explained everything clearly and made sure the invoice had all notes documented. We had maintenance completed on our heater today. Our tech, Brian, was so friendly and helpful! He completed our service and afterwards explained all of the cleaning and tests he completed with the service. At the end, he asked if we had any questions about the service. We like working with Bob Jenson for our A/C and heating needs and Brian's customer service is one reason we keep going back! My family recommends using them for your HVAC needs.

We hired Bob Jenson to come out and clean our A/C unit, which hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed 13 years ago. Enoc was the technician on the job, and he was outstanding. From the moment he arrived, Enoc was extremely polite and respectful — asking permission before doing anything and taking the time to answer all of my questions. He performed a full and thorough test on both our A/C and heater. During that process, he found a small issue with the A/C and a much bigger, more concerning issue with the heater. We had 23 ppm of carbon monoxide coming out of our vents. None of our detectors had gone off, but this very likely explains the headaches I’ve been having. Enoc identified what he believed to be the source of the leak and immediately called his supervisor, Tom, to double-check and verify his findings. Together, they confirmed that a corroded part was leaking carbon monoxide. They also explained that contributing factors included improper airflow from our vents and a gas line that was not properly installed. While it was disappointing to learn that our furnace needs to be replaced, we are incredibly grateful that this dangerous issue was caught when it was. This could have made our family very sick — or worse — and the peace of mind alone is priceless. Because of this unexpected and serious finding, they voided the cleaning fee entirely and even installed the A/C part for free. Both Tom and Enoc were professional, thorough, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They also wore protective booties every time they entered our home, which really showed their attention to detail and respect for our space. We highly recommend Bob Jenson Heating & Air Conditioning. We are extremely thankful for their honesty, professionalism, and the peace of mind knowing everything will be fixed and done correctly.
