My AC had no cooling only hot air coming out from vents, needed someone to check it out in the limited time i had, found Phillip through Yelp, he quickly responded with available times, scheduled a consult next day. He checked everything out, was very thorough in checking the condenser unit, nest thermostat, all vents, and attic. Clearly communicated what he was doing. Luckily it was a minor problem he found & quickly resolved. Any future maintenance or major issues, i will reach out to him.

Overall, Phillip from California Pro Heating and Air made the service request seamless and provided great value for the quality of work he delivered. We had a few other HVAC companies come out to the property, and it took over a month to pinpoint the issue. We found Phillip through Yelp, and after completing the job, he even mentioned that the drain likely needed to be cleaned—something none of the other HVAC companies had pointed out. I work for a property management office, and we will definitely be working with him for future jobs.

Philip did a fantastic job! After months of having various people come to look at our AC unit, we felt like giving up. Luckily, we found California Pro Heating and Air. Our AC had stopped working, in the middle of the Summer no less. Phillip came out, tested the unit, the breaker, everything! Extremely thorough. He replaced our unit, installed a new breaker, and a new thermostat control panel. He even called recently to schedule a visit to make sure everything is running as it should.
