I ended up upgrading / adding onto the services requested after my own research and comfort with Fabulous Homes. My confidence was well placed and everything is running great. Fabulous Homes was Marvelous! First, they quoted us the best price for installing a new heat pump/cooling system in our condo. Often the best price means service suffers. Not so! Keith and Mark did a wonderful job installing our system. They fixed some problems that were there from the old system. Keith and team are phenomenal! They were on time each day and so respectful of our home. They kept the space clean and efficiently installed our new AC. We called Keith one week as it started to get warm. Having a new baby in the home we knew we needed to replace the AC as soon as possible. By the next week Keith and team were installing the AC! In addition to doing a great job, they were so respectful of my needs as a new mom during COVID 19. Always wearing masks and keeping their distance from me and baby. Our family was introduced to Keith through our general contractor, and from the moment we were introduced he has always just been a stand up sincere guy. Our house was going through major construction, and Keith was there to tell us all our HVAC options. We ended up going down the ductless mini split route (0 ductwork in the attic, there are blowers for each room and a tiny tiny silent condenser outside) I included pictures below. He was extremely mindful of our budget and listed out so many various brands, and what their warranty packages were. We went with the Daikin that has a 12 year warranty. You could hear the enthusiasm and passion in his voice when talking about HVAC, and found out he has been in the HVAC field for 14 years! It's not only his knowledge and passion for HVAC that deserves 5 stars, it's also his work ethic. He was awesome to have around, he always had a positive attitude and was always to quick to return our calls/texts. It's been 2 months now since we've had our HVAC system installed and he's checked in to see how things were going, and it's been great in this heat wave we've been experiencing. As an a side story, he was one subcontractor out of multiple sub contractors at our house and we were in a pinch with a timeline we had, Keith offered to come over and help my dad and boyfriend set up cables running through the house.
