Lucky Air removed and replaced our Ducting sometime Ago. We have had interactions with several employees including the owner over the years. More recently our A/C unit stopped running and had Daniel come out. He troubleshot the AIRCONDITIONER and identified some areas requiring attention. Ordered a part and came out the following week. He was focused - removed and replaced a component reconnected everything and serviced the system outside as well and ensured we were satisfied with his work. I did mention I wasn’t happy with the air flow into the master bedroom - since the Ducting and vents were replaced it just doesn’t cool off the master bedroom like other rooms closer to the unit. Waiting to hear next steps. Thank you Daniel! Update: 8/5/2024, A/C popped a fuse (again). Waiting for Lucky Air to call and set up a time to troubleshoot 🧐

Lucky Air is the worst company, I strongly advise you do not hire them. They installed an AC unit against code and the unit did not work. They do not abide by their "money back guarantee" or any of the false advertisements that are on their website. Rather, they wanted MORE money for something that NEVER worked! This company is filled with thieves and liars. They also remove 1 star reviews but I will keep posting and hopefully save some people the pain of dealing with Lucky Air. You would be "Lucky" to avoid this company altogether!

Lucky Air takes advantage of the elderly and does not adhere to their advertisement: “Lucky Air is the company you can trust. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all of our services!” Lucky Air knowingly allowed the “bad apple” Luck Air technicians to violate city codes and regulations, negligently installing our unit and putting us at risk without zero remorse. Lucky Air installed our unit on 04/08/21 which never worked! According to their supervisor, Mr. Raven Lapetina, it was installed by “bad apple” technicians that are no longer with Lucky Air because Mr. Lapentina “cleaned house” post 04/08/21. However, Luck Air did not offer 100% money back guarantee on our unit that does not work, they didn’t even offer to correct their “bad apples” mistakes! Instead, they quoted an estimate two times higher than local competitors to “fix” what never worked! It’s absurd! They are liars and thieves.

Signed up for a tune up for my AC central air in my home at Lowe’s. Lucky Air helped me reschedule twice due to my work schedule changing on me. Matt was my technician. He was amazing. Went above and beyond my expectations. Impressive technology and experience to make some good tweaks to my system. Employers should make sure they never lose employees like Matt. Pro. Gracias.
