I've had their maintenance service for a year now, and they've been nothing but professional. They completely checked and cleaned out my mini split inverters with their initial inspection and have came out when needed to keep the units tuned up during summer. My technician Lot has been incredibly helpful and a pro (especially when he had to make an emergency visit when one of my units started leaking). I'm happy to have them on call when I need my AC serviced.

Progressive Heating & Air is a company at 4828 Ronson Court, Suite A, in San Diego CA 92111. I needed to have an old furnace in our home thoroughly checked for function and safe operation this year. In addition, I was looking for a company with a routine maintenance program as well — which Progressive provides at a very reasonable price. After listening to Kristy, Progressive’s scheduler, explain their program on the phone, I signed up for their two annual check-ups and she sent out a technician to meet me the next work day at home. Progressive’s tech, Lot, who arrived right on time in the morning, was a very excellent heating technician who listened to my short history on our 32 year old furnace, then went right to work on checking out everything. I was very impressed with Lot’s skills and knowledge. He walked me through what he was doing, what was important for safety, operational checks he was making, and what I should pay attention to as time progresses. I was indeed very satisfied when Lot finished up — to the extent I would like to stay with him in the future if available. He was just terrific! In closing, I can only add that this was *exactly* the heating-and-air company I had been looking for — not one that only sells new systems. I recommend Progressive in San Diego for installing, maintaining, and fixing heating and A/C systems. As a home owner, I think they are a super company for helping someone like me maintain our home.

It was super easy to set up an appointment using their website, and I got multiple follow-ups via text around the appointment and where my tech was. Lot is a great guy, he was extremely respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He listened and understood my situation, reviewed my system, walked me through his findings, taught me a few things about my system, and provided options that fit my needs. He isn’t the first person to give me a quote, but working with him was a breath of fresh air and I appreciated his expertise and transparency. He checked and did more than the other two guys I got quotes from, combined, and was really thorough with his explanation without talking down to me. Great guy!

Steve and Lat are an exceptional team! Steve was the third technician from the third company that I reached out to troubleshoot my Bryant split unit heating and AC system. He traced it down to two circuit cards and even found the root cause, which was an old wire that had been grounded out. Saved me a bunch of money fixing my 10 year old unit and was the most professional and courteous tradesman I have ever met. It was truly a great experience, and I would recommend his services to anyone in need of heating or AC.
